From October 28th until the 31st 2021, you will check out of your routine and check in to yourself!  Nourished by amazing and delicious vegetarian food, you will wake up to a beautiful yoga and meditation practice followed by a scrumptious breakfast.  We will dive into our group coaching sessions in the afternoon and close the day with a nutritious dinner and a relaxing meditation or coaching activity.  This retreat is a time to recalibrate, relax and create a space for our internal wisdom to rise up and take over!
